1. Q：What is the minimum order quantity ?
A: Our minimum order quantities are as following:
* MOQ: 3000pcs/style/ for pencil cases, 1000pcs/ style for school bag
2. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Our lead time is 30 days from the date of confirmed order. However for small orders or in case of urgency we can deliver early. Please inquiry with us.
3. Q: Customized order or made to order option?
A: We can make pencil cases and school bag as per your drawing, picture or sample. You only have to provide us the drawing or pictures, size, name of fabric, detail of the logo. But we need to charge the mould fee firstly. Please inquiry with us for the charging fee.
5. Q: What is your loading port?
A: The goods were shipped to you by SHUNDE PORT, OR ANY SEA PORT IN GUANGDONG CHINA.
6. Q: Where to send quotation and ask for sample?
A: Write to us at sdip_mandy@sdipgr.com for quotations, catalogue and samples.
7. Q: what is sample cost?
A: We offer samples free but freight fee should be collected to your site. Please provide us with your express account when you need samples (DHL, UPS, TNT would be preferred).
8. Q: How to make payment?
A: Payment could be transferred through TT or L/C at sight.
